Just received amazing treatment and customer service at Briggate Dental. James and the team put me at ease straight away and I am a nervous patient – will be recommending to everybody.
I have been looking for a good dentist for quite a while now and I am glad that I found a competent practice with a central location. The staff are friendly, and you don't get talked into treatments that are not absolutely necessary. Would recommend taking the dental plan which is better than most insurances you get.
Friendly staff, and James is very patient and caring with his patients. This will be my family dentist for life.
Really lovely dentist and reception desk staff. Really comfortable environment and everything explained well. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Would be a really good dentist for children or for those people with a phobia of the dentist.
Very impressed with the treatment I received here; staff members are kind and helpful – from reception staff to the dentists. Have recommended this dentist to all my friends. 5 stars!
My aspiration to become a dentist began in 2017 when I joined the team at Briggate Dental. I joined as an apprentice dental nurse and from my very first day I fell in love with the job. Soon after progressing from apprentice to fully qualified dental nurse I realised that I wanted to further my responsibilities and ultimately become a dentist; something which I never thought possible at times.
Every member of the team at Briggate Dental has always been so supportive and everyone has helped me along the way in different ways; from creating a great learning environment, affording me the time to complete training and coursework, and helping me with my university application and interview preparation. I couldn’t have wished for a better place and bunch of people to begin my career with and I know that I wouldn’t have got to where I am now in successfully securing a place to study dentistry at university without them.
Strict confidentiality of patient records and information is maintained at all times. Only authorised team members have access to dental records and personal information. Should you wish to obtain a copy of your personal dental records, please ask your dentist who will be able to advise you of the process.
We are now accepting new private patients to join our practice.
